Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Management:
- Source, evaluate, and select qualified vendors for facility-related services
- Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors
- Monitor vendor performance and address any issues promptly
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with vendors
Contract Management:
- Draft, review, and manage facility-related contracts
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions
- Track contract expirations and initiate renewal processes
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation
Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients
- Address client concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and implement improvements
- Proactively communicate facility-related updates and changes to clients
Operational Budget Management:
- Develop and manage annual facility operations budgets
- Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Prepare monthly budget reports and forecasts
- Analyze budget variances and recommend corrective actions
General Facilities Coordination:
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations and maintenance
- Coordinate facility-related projects and renovations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Implement and maintain facility management systems and processes
- Time to time manage other property within Seoul and Incheon(on-Site)
