A Snapshot of Your Day
You start your day reviewing scheduled service tasks and preparing for remote or on-site support. Throughout the day, you’ll perform technical service activities such as basic commissioning, maintenance, or system integration. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve issues, ensure compliance with safety and process standards, and document your work. Supporting colleagues through on-the-job training and maintaining accurate records are also part of your daily routine.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Perform defined technical tasks such as basic commissioning, maintenance, and system integration.
- Support customers both remotely and on-site, providing 2nd and 3rd level user assistance.
- Coordinate and carry out service operations to effectively resolve product issues.
- Ensure all work aligns with defined workflows, processes, and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in line with company policies.
- Contribute to team development by supporting on-the-job training and knowledge sharing.
What You Bring
- Technical background with hands-on experience in service, maintenance, or commissioning.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Customer-focused mentality with excellent communication and support capabilities.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance in service environments.
- Ability to follow structured workflows and maintain detailed documentation.
- Willingness to support training activities and continuously develop technical skills.
