About the Content Marketing Team:
As part of the Marketing team, we create engaging, talent-driven content to promote our products and brand. We collaborate closely with talents, filming production teams, and external partners to plan and execute impactful events and productions. With creative ideas and unique concepts, we bring exciting experiences to our audience. We’re hiring a Content Marketing Specialist based in Seoul. This role will report to the Content Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute high-impact talent events, including interviews and livestreams to drive engagement and brand awareness
  • Oversee filming and production processes (script writing, finding out studios etc), ensuring seamless execution and top-tier content quality
  • Identify, source, and generate engaging video clips and images using designated tools for social media platforms
  • Manage and grow official social media channels (Instagram, TikTok etc.) for the South East Asia market
  • Localize content strategy and posting cadence to reflect regional preferences, cultural nuances, and platform behaviors
  • Track and analyze channel performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize reach and engagement
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to produce innovative talent content, providing feedback to optimize and refine designs
  • Develop creative concepts for exclusive talent interviews that captivate and resonate with audiences
  • Analyse content performance and implement strategies to maximize audience impact and engagement
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with talent agencies, production partners, and external stakeholders to expand opportunities and elevate brand visibility
  • Ideate, design, and execute integrated promotion plans for major launches and events, driving maximum awareness, fan engagement, and impact
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, social media management and/or the entertainment industry
  • Strong communication skills in both Korean and English
  • Familiar with social media platforms
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Quick learner with a curious mindset
  • Good understanding of the international audience
  • Able to work well in team environments
Preferred Qualification:
  • Previous experience in marketing, media, talent agency, or the entertainment industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in managing/using social media platforms
  • Experience with subscription-based media companies, understanding user engagement and retention strategies
  • Proven experience in running regional campaigns across North America, LATAM, South East Asia tailoring strategies to local markets
  • Additional language proficiency in Chinese, Portuguese, or other languages is a plus
