Job Description:
The Service Parts Logistics (SPL) Customer Service Specialist collaborates cross-functionally (e.g., Business Development, Solutions, Operations, etc.) to support customer life cycle activities and customer account management for the Service Parts Logistics (SPL) product. He/She analyzes and responds to customer requests, resolves customer issues, conducts research, generates reports, and identifies account penetration opportunities. This position supports new customer implementations and maintains ongoing customer relationships. He/She ensures customer service compliance, facilitates process improvements, and supports high levels of quality and service.
