About this opportunity:

This role exists to ensure a streamlined, efficient recruitment operations process, supporting Ericsson’s Talent Acquisition function. The position is crucial for managing Interview Scheduling, Offer and Contract management, background verifications (BGV/Vetting), pre-onboarding/onboarding, and reporting. This role underpins the recruitment team's activities, creating a seamless experience for all: Talent Acquisition Partner, candidates, and hiring managers. The ideal candidate will coordinate and execute operational activities to ensure compliance, data accuracy, and timely support throughout various recruitment phases. This position requires a foundational understanding of the recruitment operations process, basic communication and coordination skills, and an ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.


What you will do:

Operational Coordination & Process Management

  • Efficiently manage end-to-end processes within the assigned field (e.g., BGV, Offer Desk, Interview Scheduling).
  • Ensure all tasks are completed accurately within SLAs, adhering to the standardized process guidelines.
  • Proactively identify process improvements and collaborate with the team to enhance operational efficiency.


Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration

  • Build and maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams (People team, TA, Legal, Hiring Managers).
  • Serve as a liaison for assigned operational processes, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Ensure timely updates and follow-ups to manage expectations and streamline recruitment operations.


Data Management & Reporting

  • Accurately record, manage, and update all relevant data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other platforms.
  • Regularly generate and review reports related to operational metrics (e.g., turnaround times, completion rates).
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and readiness for analysis to inform decision-making.


Compliance and Risk Mitigation

  • Adhere to internal policies, employment laws, and GDPR across all operational activities.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive candidate information and follow ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with Legal and HR teams to address compliance requirements and mitigate potential risks.


Candidate & Stakeholder Experience

  • Deliver a smooth, positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders through each operational touchpoint.
  • Address candidate or stakeholder queries promptly, offering guidance and support to enhance satisfaction.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by exemplifying Ericsson’s values in all communications.


Ongoing Learning & Improvement

  • Stay updated on trends, tools, and technologies within recruitment operations to drive innovation.
  • Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to continuously improve expertise.
  • Contribute to a culture of growth and adaptability by sharing new insights with the team.


What you will do

  • Provide expert advice on the interpretation of legislation, processes, and policies.
  • Ensure adherence to legislation, processes, and policies.
  • Implement HR processes and policies efficiently and effectively
  • Prepare SOX controls and manage the invoicing process.
  • Support candidate sourcing, selection process, and onboarding activities.
  • Create administrative procedures and develop work instructions for HR processes.
