About this Position
This position is responsible for driving business growth in semiconductor advanced packaging by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and developing strategies to expand business. Additionally, this position works closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to implement these strategies and achieve business goals.What you´ll do
- Identifies market trends, developments and product/service expectations and translates them into revenue growth opportunities in advanced packaging
- Leads the mid- and long-term business expansion planning process on global level
- Defines the entry strategy into new areas through a deep understanding of end market/devices/packages
- Designs and steers the strategy map/customer roadmaps and steers profitable growth globally
- Ensures stakeholder management across business units, collaborates closely with Marketing, Sales, Key Account Management and Business Development on global activities
- Ensures cross-functional coordination of processes and departments, initiates and leads innovation projects as necessary
- Establishes and maintains relevant customer relationships on senior level to enable spec-in of materials, and attends relevant events, trade fairs.
- Supports relevant marketing team activities for go-to-market, strategy development, and market model
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in related field is required
- Minimum of fifteen (15) year experience in semiconductor packaging roles is required
- Expert knowledge of semiconductor packaging trends is required
- Excellent customer network, hunter and closer mentality are required
- Background in sales, business development and/or market strategy are required
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required
