What You’ll Be Doing:
- Collaborating directly with customers to understand their technical requirements and deliver tailored solutions using Synopsys EDA products
- Providing expert-level technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance throughout the design and verification process
- Leading customer training sessions, workshops, and seminars to ensure successful adoption of Synopsys technologies
- Developing and presenting technical documentation, application notes, and best practice guides
- Working cross-functionally with R&D, sales, and product management teams to relay customer feedback and drive product enhancements
- Supporting pre-sales activities by demonstrating product capabilities and delivering compelling technical presentations
- Identifying opportunities for workflow optimization and process improvement for customer environments
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing front-end (Synthesis, Static Timing Analysis, Equivalence Check) technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel.
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, and software.
- Collaborating with customers to understand their technical requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Conducting training sessions and workshops for both customers and internal teams.
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation and support materials.
- Working closely with the development team to identify and resolve product issues.

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with tape-out project execution.
- Experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
