We are searching for a Business Development Manager based Seoul, South Korea. This position will be primarily engaging in national dealers to hit their annual trading targets, especially by collaborating and supporting them through their brand representation enhancement.
Essential Functions:
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective dealers and customers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships through presenting business growth plans.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential dealers to meet their needs.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with sales manager and other departments.
- Analyze territory/market’s potential, track sales and report status.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- More than 5 years proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
- Familiarity with MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and phone systems.
- Excellent communication ability to build productive and professional relationships.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Open for adopting changes to better cope with changing systems, processes, and business environment.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Brands product knowledge including Fender/Squier/Specialty preferred.
- Can play guitar and has passion for music instruments.
