A day in the life:
This Digital Media Manager is all about crafting and executing dynamic digital marketing strategies and managing paid, earned, and owned media for all Monster Energy Company brands. You'll have the chance to make waves across Asia and other exciting markets, ensuring that Monster's bold and disruptive brand culture roars authentically online. Your mission? Drive epic consumer engagement and create a powerful business impact.
The impact you’ll make:
- Develop and implement integrated digital marketing and paid media strategies across platforms, aligned with brand objectives and local market needs.
- Support media strategy and campaign execution in assigned markets, ensuring timely delivery, optimization, and performance analysis of paid media campaigns.
- Lead day-to-day campaign planning, execution, and optimization across key paid media channels (Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube, X/Twitter).
- Develop and lead media buying for other paid media such as OOH on project basis.
- Oversee local organic and paid social media presence, including content calendar development, community management, performance monitoring and posting content.
- Manage digital deliverables of contracted Athletes, Streamers, Ambassadors and Influencers, ensuring brand alignment and tracking performance on earned and paid media.
- Support local marketing teams in developing promotional microsites and landing pages, ensuring compliance with Monster Energy’s global digital guidelines.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to localize web content, maintain product listings, and highlight local Events, Athletes, Ambassadors, Streamers and Influencers.
- Work alongside the Analytics team to deliver monthly and quarterly reporting with actionable insights and media performance highlights.
- Lead digital content curation and copywriting for organic and paid media channels. Extract content insights to continuously improve digital performance and inform creative direction.
- Keep up to date on the latest media trends, emerging media and the holistic media landscape. Stay connected to the media marketplace and develop relationships with media vendors.
- Support e-Com efforts with media campaigns that will help drive and measure sales, lead 3rd party and bottler relationships on e-commerce, creating an optimum result for the e-com campaigns briefed by marketing team.
- Work with local brand teams to promote offline events & activations online, with an aim of maximizing reach for dollars spent offline, serving a better brand equity.
Who you are:
- Prefer a bachelor’s degree in the field of -- Marketing or related field
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or media, ideally within consumer goods, lifestyle brands, or media/advertising agencies.
- Computer Skills Desired: Advance user of Microsoft Office, Project Management Software is a plus (Air table/Click up).
- Preferred Certifications: Hands-on experience with digital platforms including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, X Ads and TikTok Ads. Certification is a plus. Programmatic advertising, influencer marketing, and content marketing is a plus.
- Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Solid grasp of lifestyle marketing, sponsorships, digital activation, event integration, media buying and influencer strategy. Strong understanding of evolving digital and social media trends, with the ability to adapt content to emerging formats and audience behaviors. Fluent in English. Strong verbal and written communications skills.
