How you will make an impact:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to support the Laboratory Products (LP) and Country Key Accounts Management team (KAM). This role will be involved in business partnering with commercial teams (Equipment, Plastics, Country Key Accounts) and regional/country finance teams, in support of financial planning and analysis efforts. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities and a passion for operational excellence in a dynamic environment.
What you will do:
Support weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial processes with a focus on variance analysis, modeling, and reporting
- Provide validated weekly pulse updates and timely insights for internal and commercial reporting
- Maintain and update monthly/quarterly forecast templates in alignment with commercial and regional finance timelines
- Prepare and manage P&L review including margin and OPEX to support performance visibility and analysis on a monthly basis
- Work with an accounting team to support month-end closing activities including financial adjustments (FADJ) tracking and assisting with journal entries
- Assist in the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Plan (STRAP)
- Support pricing and backlog analysis to drive margin insights
- Support margin analysis for PPS public tenders and country big deals
- Support financial reporting processes, operational tracking, and system administration to ensure performance visibility and compliance
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, and Business Administration
- 5+ years of direct experience in financial analysis, reporting, and accounting leadership
- Experience in working Multi-National companies
- Excellent skills with MS Excel & Power Point; preferred skills with Power BI and Cognos preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skill with team and other stakeholders
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Punctual in working manner and reporting
- Strong attention to detail with commitment to providing quality results
