Purpose of Role
Your Impact
- Participate in the full planning cycle including annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.
- Support development and maintenance of Forecast & Budget templates.
- Assist in preparing monthly performance reports including key financial metrics, variance analysis, and business commentary.
- Analyze actual results versus forecast and budget, identify key variances and underlying business drivers.
- Conduct drill-down analysis and data mining to support business insights and recommendations.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and management presentations to support commercial functions.
- Contribute to financial modeling and scenario analysis for decision support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A or related finance roles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills; able to collaborate across teams.
