Your tasks
Innovation Intern in Automotive Operations & Technology - Innovation
1. Stakeholder & Schedule Coordination
- Arrange meetings with diverse stakeholders such as international startups, customers, internal business units, and colleagues.
- Support guest logistics including on-site visit schedules, meeting room setup, and sometimes accompanying guests.
- Coordinate international visits or event-related schedules for our team, traveling guests, or partners.
2. Business Documentation & Communication
- Prepare presentation materials for proof-of-concept projects, reporting progress to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft meeting notes, or summary decks in clear business English
- Help with pre-meeting preparations, participant lists, or clarification points for important Q&A sessions
3. Project & Technical Operations
- Assist in system-level evaluations of early-stage technology prototypes (such as system evaluation boards samples, or advanced automotive subsystems), including basic test setups and hardware handling.
4. Technology Trend Research & Briefings
- Conduct mini tech briefings or internal seminars on AI, mobility, digital twin, and other emerging topics using tools like Co-Pilot or research databases.
- Monitor and pre-screen government/customer R&D initiatives/RFIs.
Your profile
[Required Qualifications]
- Students in their final year or recent graduates. A STEM background is preferred, but a strong interest in mobility, tech, or startups is equally appreciated.
- Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Proficient in PowerPoint and general documentation tools (Excel, Words, etc.)
- Comfortable handling calls, emails, or meetings with partners and customers
- Self-driven with a sense of ownership and accountability
[Preferred Qualifications]
- Experience with tech research, policy/R&D summaries, or internal reporting
- Familiarity with topics such as the development process, basic software scripts, or common technical terminology
- Prior exposure to event operations or workshop support roles
