Job Description:
- Support building strong and trusted relationships with key partners and stakeholders to drive strategic seller acquisition by managing the internal data needed for the team
- Leads crawling by mass cold mailing and cold call to help onboard the sellers to the Shopee platform
- Support leveraging the market intelligence, including B2B/B2C distribution structure, online/offline export trends to overseas markets (e.g. SEA, LATAM)
- Support team in managing both lead generation and partnership development with clear performance indicators tied to new seller acquisition and sales contribution
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve, standardise, and optimise the seller onboarding process for a seamless experience
- Continuously track, monitor, and improve the performance of strategic sellers to maximise their growth potential
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with a preferred working experience in B2B sales
- Must be available full-time for the duration of the 1-year contract
- Good written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management
- Innovative and analytical, with a high level of commitment to delivering
- Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn and share knowledge
- Proactive and take ownership of one's work
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Gsheet and PPT skills are highly preferred
