PURPOSE

DEMAND MANAGEMENT
of designated category in alignment with seasonal range plan andORDER MANAGEMENT
according to aligned OTB target per channel andBUYING PROCESS
to ensure right buy with optimal delivery time for business success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide future seasons’ category/article forecast to brand and channels based on historical data-driven & existing inventory position as a base
- Closely collaborate with brand and channels team to ensure the volume and value (ORP) of range plan is aligned with seasonal OTB target. Maintain demand forecast in the system accordingly using monthly split logic and article master check.
- Regularly manage gaps between demand plan and the latest business plan including omni-channel growth and total market inventory through regular communication with brand and channels for high demand accuracy
- Deliver timely and updated demand plan to the supply chain on the requested granularity
- Implement global initiative of changes on demand planning process and system through close relationship with Global and market relevant teams
- Ensure accurate demand input and system updates through expert-level use of planning tools (e.g., SAP APO, Power BI); actively contribute to tool enhancement, digital process automation, and system optimization.
- Support or lead demand input into the S&OP process, ensuring cross-functional alignment between sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance.
- Manage ranged articles and operation timeline by cut off to make sure all regular and spot orders are created and consolidated on time.
- Provide consolidated orders with proper summary by cut off and keep tracking seasonal order progress based on aligned OTB target for business insight.
- Create business report of actual orders as one single data source for various purpose.
- Lead regular buy review process & timeline which aligned with APAC & Global and internal discussions across functions(brand and channels) to make an alignment on right buying considering business status, marketing plan and inventory.
- Handover approved orders to purchasing team in a timely manner.
- Ensure continuous improvement of operational processes such as order consolidation, buy review and its communication with relevant teams
- Support to balance inventory levels, reduce excess stock, and avoid stockouts in line with company targets
- Provide leadership as well as engage and develop team members in a high performance environment.
- Lead operational excellence initiatives and support change management projects related to planning process redesign, system upgrades, or digital transformation

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
:- High degree of commercial and business acumen knowledge to challenge and drive consensus between brand & channels
- Demand Planner with proven track record
- Sufficient understanding of SCM process
- Proven methodological skills (e.g., data analysis, trend forecasting)
- Good communication skill in both Korean and English
- Experience in an operational driven environment (timelines, milestones management)
- Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
- Expert-level use of planning tools (e.g., SAP APO, Power BI)
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales and/or Marketing and/or SCM
- Over 10 years of sales and/or marketing and/or SCM experience
- Fluent in written and spoken English is a must
