Accountant

Accounting:

• Responsible for monthly revenue recognition and COGS
• Margin analysis
• In charge of inventory recon
• AR overdue follow-up
• Responsible for vendor management and payment
• Oracle pre-closing
• BS reconciliation (Blackline)

Reporting:

• Reporting weekly sales dashboard and quarterly stat into OneStream (Corporate reporting tool)
• Customer cash collection forecast

Audit & Tax & Others:

• Quarterly VAT filing
• Support internal & statutory audit
• Corporate cards management
• Vendor management
