We are looking for a Contract Marketing Associate to join the ShopBack Korea team on a 6-month basis. This role will support the execution of local marketing campaigns, promotional scheduling, and performance monitoring to ensure high-impact delivery across our app and web platforms. You will work closely with both local and regional teams to ensure that campaign timelines, content priorities, and marketing operations are executed with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end campaign execution from planning and scheduling to coordination and go-live, ensuring all internal deadlines are met.
- Manage promotional content uploads and scheduling across internal platforms, including campaign tagging, creative QA, and troubleshooting.
- Work cross-functionally with business development, design, content, and regional marketing stakeholders to align marketing goals and execution timelines.
- Monitor asset performance and marketing effectiveness across channels, and proactively flag opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to the streamlining of workflows and operations through documentation and collaboration with product and engineering teams.
- Maintain clear tracking and reporting for campaign performance and provide post-campaign summaries and insights.
- Ensure content consistency, marketing accuracy, and adherence to brand and product guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience in marketing, campaign operations, or e-commerce, preferably in fast-paced environments such as tech, FMCG, or startups.
- Fluent in Korean with working-level proficiency in English to liaise with regional teams.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously.
- Strong project execution skills with a demonstrated ability to deliver work accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to analyze and interpret campaign data and make actionable recommendations.
- Experience working with internal CMS, campaign management tools, or operational scheduling platforms is a plus.
- A self-starter with a positive work attitude, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
- Able to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment, take initiative to resolve issues, and maintain high standards in marketing execution.
