Job Title: Marketing Lead, Coty Korea

Location: Seoul, South Korea
Job Purpose:
Coty’s mission is to become over time a global industry leader by being a clear challenger in beauty delighting our consumers and creating long term shareholder value and this role will support that by leading and working with the marketing teams and business partners in both Korea, linking closely with the global brand teams to ensure that we have appropriate brand and activation plans based on sound consumer insights which grows the fragrance and color cosmetics category revenue and our market share.
Job accountabilities:
MARKETING MANAGEMENT
Oversee a company's overall marketing strategy by Makeup, Fragrance and Skin care
Drive revenue by increasing sales through marketing activities
Developing strategies, managing budgets, setting strategic goal and plan, and ensuring consistent brand message across various marketing channels.
Leading the development of all marketing plans
Ensuring implementation of effective marketing strategies.
Reviewing and reporting on all areas of the marketing strategies and its implementation.
Conducting strategic marketing analysis that will help guide marketing messages.
Conception, development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies, product concepts and promotional programs to drive interest and sales
Working to continuously ensure the company marketing goals are communicated across the entire organization and improving the company’s marketing outreach efforts
Ensuring that all current marketing and copyright regulations comply with accepted professional standards, policies, procedures, and legislation.
Promoting and embedding strong and inspirational leadership to the entire team by demonstrating the company’s values and championing the leadership behavior framework.
Develops and implements local brand strategies according to international brand strategies, but localized to meet the specific demands and intricacies of the country’s cosmetics landscape
Manages product portfolio and SKUs ensuring that all launches are strategic, sustainable, addressing market demands, and strengthening the brands’ positioning
Plan, develop and execute marketing communications (online/offline advertisements) and PR plan in accordance to global and regional directions.
Collaborating with stakeholders in developing & organizing Online/offline Marketing & Promotional materials/campaigns
Work closely with Global to ensure all communication materials adhere to guidelines
Analysis sales and budget to ensure that the brand’s tactics are working towards the achievement of total brand targets
Develop the structure of the business's marketing department
Routinely sharing strategies, progress, results, learnings, and relevant industry trends, with the broader team.
Qualification and Experience
At least 10 years of experience in Branding, Marketing, PR experience or business development experience in positions of increasing responsibility- with a focus on marketing expansion in Beauty. L
Luxury/Premium color, fragrance or skin care beauty experience preferred.
Able to handle a project from conceptualization till completion
Experience with social media, digital marketing and trade marketing will be advantageous
Three to five years of experience in a leadership role
Skills sets
