Net Revenue Management (NRM) is a strategic approach importantly used by Haleon to maximize revenues and profits from product and channel portfolios.

Under the Haleon's NRM pillars, developing NRM capabilities, and managing NRM processes to drive profit of the business to deliver the top and bottom line target effectively and with profit sustainability.

Key Responsibility:
- NRM Strategy develop
Develop the NRM strategy in part of Price, Promotion, Channel, Investment
Set the size of target and set up the execution plan following business strategy
- Customer segmentation
Evaluate customer status and targeting different customer segments to maximize revenue growth.
Review annually and re-allocate the budget to improve efficiency and max profit.
- Spending optimization
Identifying and reducing costs of non productive spending and Cogs to improve profitability.
- Pricing Strategies
Developing and implementing pricing strategies based on market and competitor analysis and profit status to optimize revenue.
- Data Analysis
Utilizing data to inform revenue management decisions and strategies
- Cross-Functional Collaboration and stakeholder management
Working closely with marketing, sales, finance, and supply chain to ensure cohesive revenue management effort
Qualification
- Over 6+years working experience in Sales/MKT/Trade MKT function (Margin management expereince is plus)
- Able to communicate in English (written & verbal)
- Excellent at MS office
