About the role:
The Office Manager is responsible for organizing and coordinating administration duties and office procedures. To create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. Combination of pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to supervise and lead our team. Dealing efficiently with complaints and has a solid customer service approach.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
• At least 3 years of ADS experience
• Associate degree from college, additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
• Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant. Excellent English communication skills.
• Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
Responsibilities:
• Ensure front desk is tidy and has all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and informative leaflets) Serve as the point person for office manager duties including: Maintenance, Mailing, Supplies, Equipment, Bills, Errands, Shopping.
• Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment.
• Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
• Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary.
• Organize office operations and procedures.
• Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.
