Responsible for the deployment of specialized HR processes and programs within designated geography or sub-geography, specialization may include but not limited to employee/labor relations, compensation or talent development. Provides specialized support for complex enquiries. Delivers specialist solutions that enhance the employee experience, create seamless HR solutions for the end-user, drive efficiency and are compliant with local legislation and company policies. The role will leverage the full HR function to meet business needs and deliver as one HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Addresses escalated inquiries promptly and effectively, providing high-quality support for complex issues to deliver enhanced experiences to managers and employees.
- Coaches employees and managers on specialist Human Resources processes, programs and initiatives.
- Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders including employees, managers, and internal HR teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration for the HR specialism.
- Oversees local adjustments to specialist HR policies and processes.
- Efficiently and proactively execute specialized processes, ensuring delivery is in accordance with established standards; monitors legislative compliance and takes action to ensure all requirements and agreements are met.
- Ensures the consistent delivery and application of HR knowledge to resolve employee and manager specialist enquiries.
- Ensures the voice of employees and managers are heard and shared with the right stakeholders.
- Champions excellence in customer support and drives continuous improvement, setting high standards for the team in delivering HR solutions.
- Leads and participates in initiatives to improve the overall effectiveness of human resources processes; leads specific improvement initiatives in specialist areas, and/or for the enterprise or geography/sub-geography.

Work Location: South Korea, Chonan is the base location, travels to other sites at least once a month
