주요 업무 및 책임:
글로벌/사이트 환경안전보건 정책과 반도체 화학 공장의 안전 정책에 기반하여 안전하게 업무 수행
비지니스의 요구사항에 따라 제품의 높은 품질 수준을 맞추기 위해 공정 운전과 문서 작업을 수행
정해진 반도체 재료 공정 운전 절차 및 훈련 계획에 기반하여 프로세스 운전 업무 수행
반도체 재료 공정에 정해진 프로세스 제어 계획을 수행
업무 수행 시 취급하는 특정 화학 물질들의 특성을 정확히 이해
업무/교육/훈련을 통해 습득한 지식/기술을 활용/발전시키고, 팀내 공유하여 조직 능력 향상에 기여
반도체 재료 공정 셋업, 간단한 설비 정비, 그리고 문제 해결 과정에 참여, 기여 및 협업
비효율적인 운전 절차의 개선을 위한 공정 변경 관리 절차의 이해 및 참여
필요한 요구사항:
교대 근무 가능
사물 및 색깔 식별 가능 (안경으로 시력 보정가능, 단 케미칼 취급소임에 따라 콘텍트 렌즈 착용으로 시력 보정은 불가합니다.)
정확한 문서작성 및 업무 전산 기록에 대한 수행 능력 요구. 일상적인 업무 자료, 기술 자료, 정해진 표준 공정운전 절차 등 모든 업무 관련 문서는 문서화 되어 전산 시스템을 통해 관리됨.
문서 및 구두 의사소통 능력
팀웍을 위한 대인 관계 커뮤니케이션 관리 능력
여러가지 업무에 대한 동시 수행 능력과 문제 해결 능력, 그리고 시간 관리 능력
최소 1년이상의 화학 공장 혹은 기타 전자재료 제조 공장 업무 경험 우대

On May 22, 2024, we announced a plan to separate our Electronics and Water businesses in a tax-free manner to its shareholders. On January 15, 2025, we announced that we are targeting November 1, 2025, for the completion of the intended separation of the Electronics business (the “Intended Electronics Separation”)*.
