We are looking for an Senior Client Partner to join our Snap team supporting agencies and advertisers in South Korea.
Objectives and Responsibilities
- Collaborate strategically with local teams of major international and national advertisers to understand their objectives, provide best practices, and develop impactful Snap campaigns.
- Proactively expand our client portfolio through targeted outreach and relationship building.
- Guide advertisers in building and executing effective Snapchat campaigns, meticulously measuring results, and driving revenue growth through successful renewals and up-sells.
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations to advertisers daily.
- Partner closely with internal ad-operations teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and optimal performance.
- Manage payment structures and terms to ensure clear and efficient financial arrangements with clients.
- Exhibit thought leadership by staying immersed in the evolving digital media landscape and adapting to our latest product developments.
Required Qualifications
- Thorough CP Skill Set: Minimum 7+ years of experience in sales & account management within digital advertising companies (social media, media agency, ad network) or advertising/marketing-related SaaS/Tech industry.
- Growth Mindset: Demonstrate strong interests and eagerness to identify growth opportunities with the wider team and proactively approach clients.
- Communication & Relationship Management: Proven ability to cultivate, develop, and strengthen customer relationships through effective negotiation and by driving group initiatives towards collective business decisions.
- Media Expertise: Demonstrated experience in successful marketing campaign execution, including analyzing timely results and recommending key adjustments for performance improvement.
- Presentation Skill Set: Possesses excellent oral and written consultative communication and presentation skills, a strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Multi-tasking Skill Set: Highly meticulous, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects with minimal supervision and under high pressure. Willingness and ability to travel overseas as required.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent professional experience is required.
It is advantageous if you have a proven track record of upselling at scale and experience engaging with C-level executives.
Experience in the Overseas Export or Cross-border Commerce industry in Korea.
