Main Duties:
Trade Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute channel-specific trade marketing strategies for all Cetaphil on/offline channels (Club, Hyper, H&B, e-commerce, etc.)
- Propose and operate customized promotional campaigns for each account/channel
- Plan and execute in-store promotions, POP materials, and merchandising program to support conversion at key retail touchpoints.
- Develop GWPs for each channel to engage and convert the target consumers
- Bridge Sales and Marketing to implement effective brand growth strategies
Retail Activation & Field Management
- Plan and manage in-store activation programs (POP, sampling, tasting, display execution, pop-up stores)
- Ensure excellence in field merchandising by overseeing the rollout and execution of POG (Planogram) assets across key retail accounts
- Manage field merchandising agencies and the staffs to ensure efficient execution of in-store activities across key accounts
Data Analysis & Forecasting
- Analyze ROI of account-specific POS assets (e.g., GWP, promotional packages) or promotion to optimize budget allocation and guide strategic investment decisions across channels.
- Support demand planning and improve forecast accuracy
- Analyze promotion performance and generate actionable insights
- Monitor and report on competitor trade marketing tactics to support strategic planning.
Qualification:
Education/Training:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales and marketing or related field.
Experience/Competencies:
- Over 5~7 years sales/trade marketing experience for FMCG industry in local or global companies
- Proven track record in Trade Marketing for various channels (Club, Hyper, H&B, e-commerce, etc.)
- Proficiency in data-driven planning and post-campaign analysis
- Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills
- Project management skills
- Strong customer relationship building and alignment skills
- Good negotiation Skills
- High understanding level of market, channel, and consumer
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (experience with Power Query and Power BI is a plus)
