Beauty & Health Category Strategy Planning and Execution
Develop and execute strategies for the growth of the Beauty & Health category on the AliExpress global platform.
Analyze the latest trends and market dynamics to propose sales promotion strategies.
Collaborate with global sellers to establish export and marketing strategies.
Global E-commerce Platform Operation Management
Design and manage optimal operational processes to enhance the competitiveness of brands on the platform.
Collaborate with sellers to establish and execute product placement, promotions, and marketing plans.
Set sales goals and KPIs for the Beauty & Health category and manage performance through data analysis.
Seller Sales and Partner Management
Sales to Sellers: Develop effective sales strategies targeting Beauty & Health sellers, attract new sellers, and collaborate with existing sellers to increase sales, driving category growth.
Analyze seller performance and solve issues to support actual sales growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with global sellers and Beauty & Health brands.
Monitor the sales performance of sellers and provide customized support to resolve issues and improve performance.
Marketing and Promotion Campaigns
Plan and execute effective marketing campaigns for the Beauty & Health category on AliExpress.
Drive consumer engagement and sales through various internal and external promotions, increasing brand awareness.
Collaboration with Global Teams and Leadership
Collaborate with AliExpress teams from different countries to develop and execute growth strategies for the Beauty & Health category in global markets.
Achieve goals through effective communication with team members from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Position Requirement
Qualifications
Experience
Over 3 years of experience in the Beauty & Health industry (brand, distribution, marketing, etc.) or E-commerce platform(category management, brand management).
Language Skills
Proficiency in English or Chinese (both spoken and written communication).
Ability to collaborate with multinational teams and communicate effectively in English or Chinese.
Expertise
Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making ability in e-commerce platforms.
Experience in collaborating with global sellers and contributing to sales growth.
Other

A strong global mindset for collaboration with multinational teams.
