• Incubate newly onboarded Korean sellers for their first to three months in AliExpress platform to get familiar with platform seller system (order, product, payment, logistics, promotion, etc.) • Support making competitive product portfolio strategy for new sellers, which category / brand / product to emphasize • Help order growth: assist on shop management, product description, pricing, on/off-site marketing, etc. • Assist on participating AliExpress Promotions (daily, monthly, etc.) with appropriate product strategy • Provide timely support for new functions, policy updates, etc.

• Bachelor's degree with at least 1~2 years of experience as an account manager in the ecommerce industry • Ability to drive seller management activities with ownership • Ability to suggest and make a decision based on the data analysis • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and facilitate multi-lateral communications • Work well with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment • Positive, team player, and energetic attitude
