Job Summary: The Office Manager, Korea will be responsible for managing all office-related issues including some HR admin support activities.
Responsibilities:
Accounting management:
  • Bank Account management
  • Payroll & Tax
  • Communication with Accounting and Tax Service firms.
  • Expense reports
  • Registration and cancellation of 4 major insurances, withholding tax reporting
  • Management of office supplies and rental fee tax invoices and processing of receipts
  • Agreements: Commission, Rental, Lease, etc.

Administration management:
  • Office Employee attendance management,
  • Supplies, depreciation of fixed assets, receipts and shipments, and inventory management
  • Welfare management (various condolence events and employee health checkups, etc.)
  • Proceeding with legally required education

Customer Service:
  • Tracking Shipping and Delivery
  • Communications with Alkegen distributors

Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years with accounting.
  • Junior college or BA degree, Accounting/Finance(preferred)
  • Fluent English Speaking or writing
