About the role
In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries, provide clear guidance, and ensure a smooth experience. You’ll work with local and international teams on projects, testing, and process improvements.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide timely and accurate first-level support for MediKorea Solution
- Understand customer needs and deliver effective solutions
- Manage documentation, contracts, and reports
- Coordinate meetings and cross-team communication
- Contribute to projects, testing, and continuous improvements
What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years’ experience in customer support, operations, or product support
- Strong communication skills in Korean (native) and English (conversational or above)
- Proven customer service skills, ideally in a software or IT environment
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and international teams
- Experience in trade, customs, or compliance (advantageous)
