About the Role
This role supports the strategic planning function across distribution by contributing toe the development and execution of channel strategies. The position contributes significantly to aligning priorities across distribution functions, performing strategic analysis, providing actionable insights and supporting data-informed leadership decisions.

1. Strategic Planning Support
- Support the development of key distribution strategics across channels (DM, Banca, Agency)
- Participate in organizing strategic priorities and coordinating a cross-functional planning efforts
- Assist in tracking execution of strategic initiatives across the distribution function
2. Market Intelligence and Business Insight
- Conduct research on market trends, customer behavior, competitor strategies, and product developments
- Prepare strategic insight materials and contribute to thought leadership content
- Analyze internal and external information to support long-term channel direction
3. Business Case Coordination
- Assist in the development of strategic business cases (e.g., campaign proposals, new business initiatives)
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely approval and implementation of cases
- Monitor project timelines and resource alignment
4. Event and Meeting Organization
- Organize the distribution events, meetings, town halls, and other activities to support the distribution effectively.
- Ensure the effective execution of events to enhance communication and promote active engagement.
5. Other Strategic Tasks
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reportion as directed by the team leader
- Support ongoing strategic projects aligned with organizational goals
[자격 요건]
- Sales Planning or Operating support-related experience in insurance market for more than 5-7 yrs preferred
- Overall knowledge on various insurance products and sales skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Independent and responsible
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
